Calling it a "Game" may not be the most appropriate, however, I like it better than exercise!
Without a doubt, it is one of the most enlightening personal experiences I know. Where we meet ourselves, the good and the bad, but mainly, the visible and the secret!
How to do it?
Get comfortable in front of a mirror. In the first few minutes look at yourself. Take the time you need until you no longer get distracted by yourself. You fixed your hair... your clothes... noticed a mark... etc...
Then, choose a question from the list suggested below, or another you remember, and answer while looking at yourself in the mirror... eyes to eyes... answer several times, stop, reflect, look at yourself, and only stop when you feel you have answered truthfully. In case of doubts, mark the question/subject and come back another day. Move on to the next question if you wish.
This game makes you think, raises questions, but mainly shows aspects of life that we never knew. Will your pride be hurt when you discover that there are things you didn't know? Will you feel you have "flaws"? Will you feel poor in spirit and initiative? Ignorance is a disease, cure yourself of it!!! Better late than never...
This game is about you and not about the other. It is your behaviors, goals and intentions that are being questioned.
I am fully open to suggestions for new questions, which you can send me through the contact
