When the wave arrives... just surf... enjoy the culmination of hours, days or weeks learning to surf... being able to balance... getting to know the sea... and having the patience to wait for the wave.
Ambitions, goals, dreams... 3 words that say the same!
Fortunately, we don't have to "fight" every day.
Not every day, not for months or years! We can and should enjoy our achievements for as long as possible. Or even if we haven't achieved something important, we can live in peace and be happy with what we have, whether it's a lot or a little.
Whether because we are tired, or because we simply do not have ambitions at a certain stage of life, or we never recognize in ourselves ambitions for personal, professional or other growth
Enjoying the moment, enjoying what we have already achieved is what makes it feel like being alive, it is for these moments that it is worth it. Surf the wave that arrived at the moment we knew how to discover.
If we can't enjoy what we would like (for example: if we can't travel because we don't have money), perhaps it's time to rediscover new goals, new dreams. You may have a dream of traveling, and a better-paying job may be a means to your dream of traveling, and to have a better-paying job, you may need to go back to school.
It may take years to get there, but if you don't do anything, time will pass just the same.
This lifestyle is mainly a choice, like everything in life it has advantages and disadvantages, and one of them is envy.
Noticing what others have and achieve is misleading. It is not possible to know what others gave of themselves just to have 1 month of rest, peace and harmony. We don't know!
We don't know if anyone laughs as a way of holding on to life with the shadow of an illness. We don't know!
We know about ourselves. We only know about ourselves. We only have the power to change our lives. Unfortunately, only we have the power to change our lives. I say "unfortunately", because many times we would like someone fallen from the sky to understand where we secretly want to get to. We may have help to push the boat from the pier, but we are the ones who will cross the ocean alone anyway.
Enjoy life!
Laugh!
Play!
Be enchanted!
Get goosebumps!
Surf!
