There is no age at which we begin to know everything. Not even an attitude of pride has ever proven healthy!

This is a great little lesson, well forgotten, but very poorly hidden.

No one spends the day thinking "I'm an adult, I know how to sort things out", but that's the attitude!

There are two big points that surprise me: not understanding what they feel and making decisions!

They devour self-help books or others, but ignore good advice from friends or other people who even have a say in the matter (a psychologist, or similar)

Assuming that our problems are unique, that no one knows what "I'm going through" and hiding the tears so as not to bother them always has the same result: more suffering.

The biggest symptom that requires seeking help is when a problem goes on for too long. And how do we know this? Don't you know how to see this?!?! you are an adult! You should know!

Now name your feelings!

Let's decide the next step!

... then all you have to do is face the next enemy... get your ass off the couch and do it!
