What we want may not be the best for us! What we like may not be what is good for us!

Everyone knows this, but can we go beyond avoiding sweets because they make you fat? Do we deepen these differences between what we want and what we don't want, and separate what is good for us and what is bad for us?

When we go somewhere by car, do we always choose our preferred route or the best route? Being "better" is the route that eventually has fewer traffic lights, less traffic, is more downhill than uphill, saves gasoline, etc...

Or when we want to buy a coat, do we choose our favorite? or we follow other criteria: price, fabric, color, environmental footprint, etc...

Thinking about all these criteria constantly is absurd!! Or maybe not?

If we always followed our preferences, we would definitely have serious problems! We would get as fat as sperm whales, there would be more accidents on the road, no one would go to work, am I close to the truth?

Is it better to follow what we like most? Or would any other method that has helped other people be better?

What would it be like if everyone, at all times, always preferred their comfort zone?!

The comfort zone and the way you relate to it is a lot of who you are!

Could it be that in your comfort zone, there is everything that brings you happiness, abundance, health, joy of living, or even... Love?! Probably not!

Admittedly we don't know the best way, and so, in the absence of options, we do what we want, because after all, that's what we like most, we are proudly ignorant, and the worst blind person is the one who doesn't want to see!

Therefore, it is important to be more than ourselves, to be different, to do what we would never do to go further, to discover what we have never been able to find.

And to find Love? What do you do for it?

Do you prefer to find it your way? whatever it is! Even if you spend years without success and in solitude, or worse... with the wrong people who will only waste your time!

You refuse excellent advice from friends, the world around you is happier than you, and even so, you prefer to put down roots with yourself, proudly alone!

Don't be yourself... choose the road that takes you to a destination of happiness, it doesn't matter if the road is your favorite, don't choose the road, choose the destination... and the road will be new!
